However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward and fair refund and return process. 1. Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale items
  • Opened or used products such as fishing lures, tackle, or hygiene-related products (including apparel that has been worn, opened, or washed).

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Return Authorization: Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with detailed instructions for returning the item(s).
  • Shipping the Return: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

Please note that the return shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., receiving the wrong item, defective product, etc.).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return policy conditions, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed, as it may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

4. Exchanges

We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. However, once the order has been processed and shipped, we cannot guarantee a cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, you must follow our return policy to return the item.

7. Refund Processing Time
